If you are a voucher holder searching for housing in New York City, you can begin the process by completing the Kingz Haven intake form.

Our intake system helps us review your eligibility, understand your housing needs, and coordinate with landlords and housing agencies when units become available.

Before Starting Intake Please Have

• Government-issued photo ID (all adults 18+)
• Voucher approval letter
• Proof of income (if applicable)
• Case manager contact information
• Residency letter (if applicable)

Our Process

    Submit Your Intake

    Begin by completing the Kingz Haven Housing Intake Form and uploading your required documents, including your voucher approval letter, identification, and proof of income. This allows us to review your eligibility and understand your housing needs.

    Intake Review

    Our team reviews your submission to verify voucher details, payment standards, and required documentation. If anything is missing, we will follow up with you to ensure your intake is complete.

    Housing Search Coordination

    Once your intake has been reviewed, we begin identifying housing opportunities that may match your voucher program and household needs by working with landlords and housing partners.

    Application & Placement

    When a potential unit becomes available, we assist with coordinating the application process between the landlord, housing authority, and client to help move toward final approval and move-in.
