Who does Kingz Haven serve?+
We support voucher holders, landlords, property owners, case managers, and housing professionals across New York City.
Which programs do you work with?+
Programs commonly include CityFHEPS, Section 8, FHEPS, HASA, and other NYC housing-assistance programs. Eligibility and unit approval remain subject to each program and property owner.
What should clients prepare?+
Government-issued identification for adults 18+, a voucher approval letter, proof of income when applicable, case-manager information, and a residency letter when applicable. Intake documents should be submitted as PDFs.
How can a landlord get started?+
Email our team with the property address, unit details, requested rent, availability date, and the best contact information. We will respond with the next steps.
